  It’s Exclusive! The people who actually think Sachin Tendulkar doesn’t take interest in the Charities but this will definitely change your ways of thinking about Sachin Tendulkar. Actually many people are jealous after the UPA govt. has announced Bharat Ratna honor to Sachin Tendulkar. But Sachin is a hidden hero who never wants to be revealed his name for his charity work. After lots of searches, I have found something about his huge heart and his interests in various charities. Here, I am presenting some facts about him…

·         Dr APJ Abdul Kalam suggested his name in the in the board members of CARE Hospitals in Hyderabad where Sachin has been taking care of all the expenses of poor sportspersons treatment of all states. That includes minor surgeries to by-pass surgeries.

·         Sachin Tendulkar has been taking care of 250 children in Tardeo involved with “Apnalaya”. He has been providing their expenses of their education, clothes, books, notebooks, shoes and school uniforms for the last 11 years. Leena Joshi, the director of Apnalaya says, “It was great help at a time when we needed it. Sachin graciously accepted our proposal to help in educating children. Our institute has benefited in many ways including getting sponsorship through Sachin for our projects, besides his financial assistance in helping the children, especially in our priorities for girls.”

·         Sachin has been involved with Dr Agrawal Eye hospital situated in Chennai since 2004. Sachin has helped over 300 eye patients to get their cataract and eye grafting operations done. Every time an operation is done, the hospital sends him the photograph of the patient with his sign and thumb impression.

·         He is also involved with “Make Wish Foundation” over a decade.

·         His very close friend has revealed that recently he has donated 7 crores Rs to an NGO and after retirement, Sachin will be concentrating completely in charity work.

                Sachin doesn’t want to get himself highlighted in these charities work; people haven’t seen his better side which is even better than a human being. His inspiration has been her little daughter Sara when she once insisted to celebrate her birthday with poor children instead of a high profile party and Sachin realized the true values of other lives.
